When you install and use PixBatch AI, we collect: your Shopify store domain, installed scopes, access tokens (stored securely), product data (titles, descriptions, images, categories, variant data), AI-generated images, and usage data (generation counts, model used, image dimensions).
We use collected data solely to provide the PixBatch AI service: generating AI product images, saving images to your Shopify media library, managing your models, scenes, and personas, enforcing usage limits and trial periods, and providing customer support.
All data is stored on secure servers. Shopify access tokens are stored with industry-standard security. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. AI generation requests are processed by Volcengine through encrypted API connections.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. When you uninstall the app, all store-related data (sessions, catalog, settings, usage logs, licenses) is automatically deleted within 48 hours.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.
We use session cookies solely for authentication purposes to maintain your login state with Shopify. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
